These terms explain the ground rules for using AssetVaultSG. I’ve kept them as short and plain as a legal page allows. Please read them, because by using this site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, that’s okay, but please stop using the site.

The Short Version
- I write a personal blog. I share research, reviews, stories and opinions. I don’t give financial advice or tell anyone to buy or sell anything.
- You make your own money decisions and carry the results.
- Read and share my posts freely, but don’t copy whole articles.
- Keep comments civil, honest and spam-free.
- Some links earn me commissions, some posts carry sponsorship, and ads appear on some pages. I label what I can.
Who Runs This Site
I run AssetVaultSG on my own as an independent blogger based in India. I don’t operate a company, bank, fund, brokerage or registered firm. When these terms say “I”, “me” or “AssetVaultSG”, they mean me, the person behind the blog. “You” means anyone who visits, reads, comments on or otherwise uses the site.
No Financial Advice
The Monetary Authority of Singapore doesn’t license or regulate me. I hold no licence as a financial adviser, broker, property agent, tax agent, lawyer or accountant, in Singapore or anywhere else.
Everything on this site counts as general information, research, commentary, review and personal opinion. None of it counts as financial, investment, tax, legal or property advice, and none of it recommends buying, selling or holding any asset. I don’t know your personal situation, so I can’t tell you what suits you.
Before you act on anything you read here, check it against official sources and speak to a licensed professional. My Financial & Legal Disclaimer covers this in more detail, and it forms part of these terms.
Accuracy of Content
I work hard to get things right. I check primary sources where I can and fix mistakes when I find them. Still, I make errors, sources sometimes get it wrong, and Singapore’s rules, rates and policies change often.
I don’t promise that any content on this site stays complete, accurate or current. Expert views I summarise belong to those experts, and quoting them doesn’t mean I agree with them or that they endorse this blog.
Using My Content
I write and own the articles, graphics and other original material on AssetVaultSG, unless I say otherwise.
You can:
- read and share links to any post
- quote a short excerpt with clear credit and a link back to the original post
- print or save a post for your own personal use
You can’t:
- copy or republish whole articles, or large chunks of them, on another site, app or social account
- pass my work off as your own
- use my content for commercial purposes without my written permission
- scrape the site in bulk, including for training AI models, without permission

Comments and Things You Send Me
I love hearing from readers. To keep the comment section useful for everyone, please:
- stay respectful, even when you disagree with me or other readers (and please do disagree)
- share real experiences honestly
- skip spam, self-promotion and links to unrelated sites
- never promote investment schemes, “guaranteed returns”, signal groups or anything that looks like a scam
- keep personal information out of comments, yours and other people’s
- avoid anything defamatory, hateful, harassing or illegal
You keep ownership of what you write. By posting a comment or sending me a story, you give me permission to display it on the site, and to quote it in a future post if I ask you first.
I can edit, hide or delete any comment, and block anyone who breaks these rules, without notice. Comments reflect the views of the people who write them, not mine, and I don’t check them for accuracy. Please treat comment advice with caution.
Acceptable Use
When you use this site, please don’t:
- try to hack, overload or disrupt it
- upload malware or harmful code
- pretend to be me or claim to represent AssetVaultSG
- use the site for anything illegal under Singapore, Indian or other applicable law
A quick note on scams: I never contact people offering to invest their money, and I don’t run any Telegram or WhatsApp investment groups. Anyone using my name or the AssetVaultSG name to pitch an “opportunity” has nothing to do with me. Please report them and let me know.
Affiliate Links, Ads and Sponsored Content
This site earns money in a few ways, and I want you to know them upfront:
- Affiliate links. Some links pay me a commission if you sign up or buy something. You pay nothing extra.
- Display ads. Google AdSense and other networks may show ads. I don’t pick individual ads, and an ad doesn’t mean I endorse the advertiser.
- Sponsored and paid posts. I label these clearly. Brands don’t approve my drafts or control my opinions.
- Free reviews. Sometimes a brand gives me free access or a product to test. I say so in the post.
Most posts come from my own research, stories and opinions, with no money involved. The full details live in my Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure.
Third-Party Websites
I link to banks, platforms, apps, government sites and other blogs. I don’t control them, and I can’t take responsibility for their content, products, fees, security or how they handle your data. When you leave AssetVaultSG, their terms and privacy policies apply. Read them before you sign up for anything.
Your Privacy
My Privacy Policy explains what data the site collects, including through Google Analytics, StatCounter, Google AdSense and affiliate cookies, and what you can do about it. It forms part of these terms.
No Warranties
I provide this site and everything on it “as is”. I don’t promise the site will always stay online, run without errors, or stay free of viruses, and I don’t guarantee any result from using its content. I may change, pause or remove any post or feature at any time.
Limitation of Liability
You use AssetVaultSG at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, I won’t take responsibility for any loss or damage, financial or otherwise, that comes from using this site, relying on its content, or using any third-party product or website linked from it. That includes investment losses, property decisions, account openings, missed opportunities and lost data.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn’t allow me to limit.
Indemnity
If you break these terms, post unlawful content, or misuse the site, and that leads to a claim against me, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses I face as a result.
Changes to These Terms
I may update these terms as the blog grows, for example if I add a newsletter, new ad partners or new features. I’ll change the date at the top when I do. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new version.
Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of [India / Singapore], and any disputes will go to the courts of [city, country].
If Part of These Terms Doesn’t Hold Up
If a court decides any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
